Incoming UVM first-year students from historically underserved communities are invited to apply for the FREE Summer Enrichment Scholar Program (SESP). This two-week pre-orientation program, running from August 6th through August 19th, 2025, offers a unique opportunity to get a head start on your college experience. You'll build a strong community of peers by moving in early and living together in Living/Learning A-building. Throughout the program, you'll explore UVM, the Burlington community, and broader Vermont, getting to know the MCSC family and settling into your new space. You'll also learn about the "hidden curriculum" and sustainable habits, and connect with individuals who will likely become your close friends (and maybe a few friendly rivals!) for the next few years. Application closes Monday 5/5/25 at 12pm (noon).
