Israel is that guy from Lagos, Nigeria. He got his bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Lagos State University in 2019. He transitioned to the United States to start his PhD program in 2022. His research explores the role of STK11 expression in regulating mucin biology in KRAS-driven Lung Adenocarcinoma. He utilizes mouse models and human cell lines to answer his research questions. Whenever he is not attempting to cure lung cancer in the lab, Israel is either biking, cooking, playing the piano, or playing table tennis. In a situation where he's not doing any of these, he's most definitely appealing a parking ticket.
