Embryology Project

Body

Embryology studies the developmental process of the chicken embryo while still in the egg. Students can examine the formation of the bird, starting from a tiny heartbeat to a feathered and fully developed chick. The Embryology program has become a popular spring lesson in schools and home-school programs across Vermont.  This hands-on activity is an exciting adventure which students remember years down the road.
