Center for Teaching and Learning
A new CTL offering, Teaching Triangles, is a semester-long program where small groups of faculty share peer observations and reflections. It’s an opportunity for them to develop their teaching practices in a intentional, supportive, and structured environment.

Instructors, placed into groups of three, commit to observing each other's classes one time during the semester. After thesse classroom visits, the groups of three meet to discuss their observations and how the experiences might inform their own teaching. The CTL hosts kickoff and closing gatherings to help participants connect, share experiences, and celebrate their learning.
