How are you thinking about AI's role in your teaching? Whether you're exploring ways to incorporate AI, establishing clear boundaries for student use, or still deciding how to approach it, join colleagues for a discussion of The Norton Guide to AI-Aware Teaching.
Together, we'll explore practical strategies for course design, assignments, assessment, and AI policies while sharing questions, concerns, and approaches from our own teaching contexts. The guide is designed to support instructors whether they choose to embrace AI, set firm limits, or find a middle ground.
The group will meet on MS Teams and you have the option to join one of two cohorts:
- The Thursday cohort will meet from 12pm to 1pm October 15, 22, 29, November 5
- The Friday cohort from 12pm to 1pm October 16, 23, 30, November 6
We’ll cover selected readings from the book for the first three meetings and will reflect and consider next steps during the fourth.
Registration is required. Select the time block you prefer on this form.
