Victoria (Vicki) Hildebrand has decades of leadership experience spanning high tech, government, and health care with a focus on technology as a strategic differentiator. Her previous roles include CIO and Assistant Secretary of the Federal Department of Transportation and CIO and Sr Vice President of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. She has been a strong advocate for women in STEM throughout her career and has taught at Columbia University, where she received a Master’s degree in Technology Management, and is now executive in residence for the technology management program of Northeastern University.
