D is for Dialogue (as well as Diversity, Differences, Difficult, and Disruption)

According to the University policy adopted in the beginning of 2017, “When disruption occurs, responsible administrators shall, whenever possible and appropriate, first attempt to resolve the situation through dialogue. This session will offer staff members an opportunity to explore skills needed for effective engagement in dialogue in emotionally charged moments.
