Graduate Assistantships

MPA students at UVM have the opportunity to apply or be nominated for assistantships and fellowships with research centers that partner with CDAE and the MPA program.More on assistantships and fellowships. >>

Comprehensive Exam Dates/Details

A written Comprehensive Examination (GRAD 397 - no tuition attached), an evaluative device and capstone experience, is offered twice a year (January and March) for students after completion of all core courses. Students are given one week to complete the comprehensive examination. All student must earn a passing grade in order to graduate.
