Jim began his career at the UVM Transportation Research Center after completing the Master’s Degree program in Civil and Environmental Engineering in May 2009. Prior to his degree program at UVM, Jim worked in the private sector for 13 years and he is a licensed professional engineer. Since joining the TRC, Jim has contributed to projects primarily in the research areas of network-disruption analysis and travel modeling. Jim has led projects as Principal Investigator for the Vermont Agency of Transportation, the Minnesota DOT, and the USDOT.
