Well-Being

UVM students are most whole in the classroom when they're healthy and safe. UVM's health resources were created with your well-being in mind.

Make healthy lifestyle choices

The Center for Health and Wellbeing (CHWB) empowers students to make healthy lifestyle choices by offering the highest quality care in the areas of medicine, nutrition, counseling, psychiatry and athletic medicine. Get in touch with the Center for Health and Wellbeing.

Take care of your body

Student Health Services sees students by appointment for general health concerns, women's health needs, acute and chronic medical problems, injuries, preventive care, travel care and more. Learn more on the Student Health Services website.

Especially for student-athletes: UVM Athletic Medicine maintains a team of experts in athletic medicine. Learn more about Athletic Medicine.

Mind your mind

Counseling and Psychiatry Services: The Center for Health and Wellbeing offers counseling (single or group) and psychiatric services for students struggling with depression, anxiety, as well as academic or relationship worries, alcohol, drugs, grief, identity or other emotional struggles. Learn more on the Counseling and Psychiatry Services website.

Stay safe

Though UVM is a safe campus, UVM's Police Services is proud to help keep it that way, and to offer a range of prevention services.
