Vermont Agricultural Producer Resource Packet. Produced by Vermont Health Connect and the Addison County Chamber of Commerce, this short publication provides information and directions specifically geared to the farm community about obtaining health insurance in Vermont's new health exchange.

You'll f ind information about legal, accounting, environmental and social considerations relevant to pursuing customized financial agreements, and contains examples of farms who have used alternative financing.

The Legal Guide to the Business of Farming in Vermont addresses the legal structure of the farm business; farm transfer and estate planning; farmland tenure and leasing; and regulation of agriculture and land use, farm labor, organic agriculture, and on-farm food processing and marketing.
