Health & Wellness Coach

Micaela Young (she/her) is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach who partners with students seeking to enhance their wellbeing. Through mindful listening and curiosity, Micaela offers students the space to think holistically about their wellness and the support to craft values-centered goals. Health coaching isn’t about analyzing what’s wrong or giving advice. It’s about empowering students to harness their strengths, reframe obstacles, and bolster their support teams to help them flourish at school and beyond.

Micaela received her health coaching training through UVM and continues to mentor and teach through the program. Outside of work, Micaela enjoys being in nature, reading a good fiction thriller, and spending time with her adorable bunny named Sigyn.
