Parent session on computing:

• Always Day One, 108 Lafayette, 1:45 and 2:45 pm
1. Trinity housing ? network?
• Only transfer and graduate students will live there. Networking options are being worked out. 
2. What software do you recommend?
• Please see list http://cit.uvm.edu/softsupport/recommended_software.html 
• We will support Office XP ... buy through UVM for best price
• Antivirus software will change to Norton Antivirus (provided to all UVM students at no charge)
3. Can I use Internet Explorer? 
• We just haven't gotten around to updating our support software list with Internet Explorer; 
4. What about Outlook Express?
• you can use Outlook Express; we are considering adding it to our list of supported software, and we're not ready to provide full support
