As we prepare for the arrival of the Class of 2004 and their families, we once again invite your office to provide relevant information for distribution in student and parent folders at June Orientation. We encourage you to consider supplying us with information that is vital to a successful Orientation experience for students and their families.

Delivery information is as follows:

¥	On Friday, June 2, 2000 (please not before!) by 4:30 pm

¥	Harris-Millis Residence Hall Complex, East Campus: Please note that we are NOT in Wing-Davis-Wilks this year!

¥	Copies required; Student folders only; 2200 cepies; Parent folders only: 2000 copies; Both student and parent folders: 4200 copies

Please note that due to the volume of requests we will include only ONE written sheet of paper for each office. We will return any unused materials during the last week of June.

Please e-mail me by Fridav. Mav 12 at thomas@house.uvm.edu to confirm if you will be including information in this year's student and/or parent folders.
