Dear Dean Williams:

First of all, we would like to thank you for your continued support of the Orientation programs at UVM. The purpose of this letter is make plans for your presentation during Orientation this June. It is very important because this also will serve to coordinate our contact information.

We have you scheduled to present "Getting Wired: Computing at UVM" again this year for parents of first year students. It takes place in Lafayette L108 on June 10, 15, 18, 23, and 26. The presentations are at 1:45 and 2:45 for each session. The A/V equipment we have listed for you include a computer, Eiki projector & screen.

What we need you to do is to check to make sure that the above information is correct, and send an email to awolk~.zoo.uvm.edu to confirm that you will be giving this presentation at the listed dates and times. Also, please let us know if you would like to change the title of your presentation, contact person, or add any additional A/V needs.

We will also be starting an email list-serve for Orientation presenters. The list-serve will allow you to ask questions more easily and for us to make announcements to all presenters. We have your email address listed as dean.williams(c6.uvm.edu so also please let us know if this is incorrect.

As always, this June's Orientation will be a success because of the efforts of people all across campus who contribute. Please know that we appreciate your help during the summer, as the time you devote to our incoming students will make their transition to UVM infinitely easier.
