Key Concepts in Geomorphology - a new kind of textbook

With support of the National Science Foundation and W.H.. Freeman Publishing, Dave Montgomery and I are creating a new textbook of Geomorphology. This book is designed to be the first of a new generation of textbooks. It will focus on key concepts, be extensively vetted by the community, include all new, pedagogically focussed art work, and be linked to a collection of community-authored electronic resources termed Vignettes.
