U.S. SOCIETY FOR ECOLOGICAL
ECONOMICS

The U.S. Society for Ecological Economics (USSEE) will hold its 2013 Conference on June 9-12 in Burlington, Vermont hosted by the Gund Institute for Ecological Economics. Our 7th biennial meeting is held in conjunction with the 5th Annual meeting of the Biophysical Economics Association. Together we aim to explore lessons learned at local, regional, and state levels while taking a critical look at the constraints of scalable ‘solutions.’

The final Conference Program and Presentation Abstracts are all now available.

InVEST Training

There will be an intensive InVEST Training immediately following the conference, June 13th and 14th, 2013 hosted by the Natural Capital Project. This two-day course will teach participants how to use the InVEST software suite and ways to apply approaches and tools for ecosystem service valuation in decision-making. This is a separate event organized in coordination with USSEE. You can find additional information here, or contact Greg at invest@naturalcapitalproject.org.
