CAS Faculty Meet the Press

Michele Commercio UVM's faculty are regularly interviewed by national media for their opinions on topics that impact our lives. CAS faculty whose opinions have been sought over the past few months include: economics professor Stephanie Seguino, political science professors John Burke and F. Gregory Gause, political science assistant professor Michele E. Commercio (pictured), geology professor Char Mehrtens and professor emeritus of biology, Bernd Heinrich.

Chemistry for Teaching

Eliza ArsenaultSeniors Michelle Borsavage and Eliza Arsenault (pictured) didn't mind changing their summer plans when Matthias Brewer, assistant professor of chemistry, asked them if they'd be interested in developing a multimedia program on "Green Chemistry" to present to the 500-plus daily visitors at the ECHO Lake Aquarium and Science Center.
