Staffline: February Edition

The Staff Council Compensation, Benefits, and Budget Committee recently met with Richard Cate, Vice President for Finance and Administration to talk about UVM's budget. To read about this discussion and learn more about recent developments, click here.

Don't forget to register for this year's EDU@UVM - the signature staff development event. Registration begins at 8am on Monday, February 4, 2013. Staff Council is helping to organize two sessions this year. The first is the "Staff Council Town Meeting" (edu092) where you can learn more about the Council, ask questions, share ideas, and provide feedback on ways we can better serve all staff at UVM. The second is a collaborative presentation with Continuing Education and a panel of staff members titled "Taking Classes While Working at UVM" (edu093) where you can learn more about how to continue your education at UVM while balancing your personal and professional responsibilities.
