Electronic Submission Subject Formatting

Nearly all assignments will be submitted electronically to the BSAD145 listserv. Please do not use attachments. If you prefer to use a word processor to prepare your submission, simply paste the result into the email body. We will use the online BSAD145 archives in our discussions in class. To receive full credit, your assignments must be in the archives by the due date. If you are uncertain of whether your submission was successful, check the Web archives.

To avoid having points deducted for not following instructions, you must follow subject-naming instructions:

Electronic homework submissions will be scored as follows:

points

0-6

Basic (understanding, conscientiousness, timeliness, following directions, etc.)

0-2

Significance & relevance (i.e. is it linked to BSAD145 studies)

0-2

Analysis, commentary & writing quality

These electronic assignments are graded on a 10 point scale. Late assignments will lose 1 point per day for up to 5 days. Assignments will not lose more than 5 points each due to tardiness.

Note: Homework assignments that duplicate, or essentially duplicate, earlier submissions can lose up to half credit(5 points). This has occurred most frequently with CTQs. Since students are expected to read each others CTQs, there is no excuse for repeating the same question. If you discover that you have inadvertently duplicated an earlier submission, you can avoid a point penalty by submitting a unique replacement.
