DISEASE & NUTRITION ISSUES DISEASES Diseases need three components 'the disease triangle' in order to develop: the presence of the disease pathogen, a suceptible host plant and favorable environmental conditons for which the pathogen can develop. Therefore, in order to become familiar with a particular disease you must know the disease's symptoms, the conditions that favor that particular disease and plants that are susceptible to that disease. If you reduce one of the three essential components diseases need to develop you will be able to reduce the impacts of that particular disease or be able to prevent it from occurring. Below are a few diseases commonly seen in greenhouse environments. | ||
