Cellular Voltmeter
This multicellular voltmeter design had its beginnings in the Thomson Quadrant Electrometer (1). This instrument consists of a number of quadrants hooked to the needle indicator that are electrostatically attracted to an opposite, which are connected to the case.
The dial face is about 8" across. The paper scale (white strip in the picture) is non-linear and numbered 0-150
