UVM Seafood Tasting Session

UVM Dining and the UVM Climate Kitchen are partnering to host a Seafood Tasting Session that will provide a hands-on opportunity to compare wild-caught and regional seafood options while learning about regional seafood systems.
- Who: Open to all UVM students, faculty, and staff.
- When: October 28, November 4, and November 11.
- Where: Nutrition and Food Sciences Foods Lab, Room 233, in the Marsh Life Sciences Building.
