Understand the basic premises of the Feldenkrais Method and its application to walking. Engage in a floor-based movement lesson, highlighting increased sensory awareness of the whole body in the function of walking. Conclude with processing our experiences and clarifying ideas and concepts. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
