TWO SHOWS - 4:00 & 7:30 p.m.

Join us for this inspiring musical odyssey through the past, present, and future, brought to life by the University of Vermont Symphony Orchestra! This musical journey celebrates human creativity, featuring the spirited "Poet and Peasant Overture" by Franz von Suppé and the enchanting "Callirhoë Suite" based on Greek mythology by Cécile Chaminade. Charles Gounod's playful "Funeral March of a Marionette" adds whimsy, and Philip Herbert's "Towards Renewal" reflects post-COVID hope. The grand finale, "Star Trek: Into Darkness" by Michael Giacchino, explores the cosmos.
