Roster Management

View rosters, delete a person, mark attendance:

  1. To view a roster for an event, click Events in the Dashboard
  2. Hover over the event title and click “Attendees”
  3. You can delete people from the roster here by clicking delete to the left of their name
  4. Click “Check In” to track who has attended

Add a person to an event:

  1. You’ll be adding the new attendee by NetID, not name, and because the Event system isn’t able to confirm accuracy yet your first step is to double verify the NetID at https://www.uvm.edu/directory
  2. Go to the Events dashboard view (the listing of all events)
  3. Hover over the event title and click “Attendees”
  4. At the top of the page, where it says “Add Enrollment(s),” enter the new attendee’s NetID. If you have multiple additions, separate them with commas.

See all of one person’s enrollments:

  1. At the very bottom of the Dashboard Menu, click “Attendance”
  2. Enter the person’s NetID and click Submit

The following buttons are at the top & bottom of the roster:

  • Bulk Actions – self-explanatory
  • Print – prints the roster (we kid you not!)
  • Export – creates and downloads a .csv of the roster (where email addresses can be copied)
  • Email – sends the roster to one person, such as the organizer
