BIO

I'm currently a UVM Cancer Center trainee in Dr. Paula Deming's research lab where we study signaling and metabolic dysregulation in cancer. Specifically, my project focuses on how loss of the tumor suppressor, STK11, in KRAS-driven lung adenocarcinoma results in metabolic rewiring that enhances metastatic potential upon nutrient stress. While not in the lab, I enjoy spending time with my family (husband, son, dog, cats and guinea hens) and doing literally anything outdoors, especially snowboarding.
