BIO

I am a Ph.D. student in Dr. Dimitry Krementsov's lab studying genetic and immunological control of gammaherpesvirus replication. My research explores how natural genetic diversity can impact immune function leading to variation in the response to viral challenge.  I graduated from Gonzaga University with a B.S. in biology and a minor in chemistry in 2020. I worked as a research technician at the Vaccine and Gene Therapy Institute of Oregon Health Sciences University on a nonhuman primate model of HIV cure using allogeneic stem transplant prior to joining the CMB program.

Area(s) of expertise

Host genetic and immunologic factors regulating control of gammaherpesvirus replication
