Creative Farm Business Models to Address Employee Hiring, Training, and Management Barriers

This session presented a report from an ongoing Northeast SARE-funded research project that is examining solutions for recruiting, training, compensating, and retaining qualified farm workers. Recorded March 11, 2021.


Winning Strategies for Farmers to Transition to the "New Normal"

 This session shared experiences among farmers, extension personnel and community organizations in North Carolina related to transitions from conventional business models to innovative strategies to respond to the market vulnerabilities.
