This toolkit was developed by the Immigrant Services Network of Austin (TX) to assist individuals and families with preparing to respond effectively in the event of a worksite raid by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). While it is oriented to Texas, it includes resources that can be easily adapted to other states. It is available in both English and Spanish.
The toolkit aims to educate immigrants about their rights, and assist individuals and families with preparing an emergency plan for their household. Social service providers and other interested parties working with immigrants can use the toolkit as a guide to help inform immigrants about their rights, and to engage in planning that protects their families.
