A 2023-2025 research study used photographs and commentary provided directly by farm women from  Ohio, Vermont and Wisconsin used photographs to explore how caring for children affects farmers' quality of life, their livelihood and their childrens' safety.

The project generated an interactive traveling display, photo album and video about the relationship between childcare and farm scale, enterprise selection, viability and farmers quality of life. The exhibit is available for display at events and conferences.
