Join Aging Strong— a women-led online series for information, support and resource sharing to help us preserve and protect our most important farming tool...ourselves. The 9-part series runs twice a month from November through March.
Each session we will cover a different theme, including both mental and physical health topics along with a new movement exercise we’ll do together.
This session focuses on the importance of protein and rest in your farming plan.
This is a women farmer-led curriculum, featuring a diverse team of women sharing their expertise and experience who also are farming with hands in the soil.
