Registration
The retreat is open to the entire Neuroscience community, regardless of whether you are a member of the Vermont Chapter.
Cost
The cost of the retreat is $45 for faculty, $35 for students, $40 for technicians (who are chapter members) and $50 for non-members.
This includes a reception prior to the keynote address, dinner after the seminar, as well as breakfast and lunch on Saturday . A cash bar serving beer and wine will be available at the registration and dinner.
The full registration fee will be charged regardless of whether you attend only part of the retreat.
The poster session will be from 9:00-10:30 am on Saturday morning followed by short research presentations (15 minute presentation with 5 minutes for discussion). Presentations representing the diverse Neuroscience community from undergraduate students, graduate students, technicians, postdoctoral fellows and faculty will be selected.
Please submit your abstract no later than Nov. 8 to Rona Delay (earlier is better) and indicate if you want an oral or a poster presentation. Individuals selected for oral presentations will be notified on Nov. 22.
You need not be a chapter member to present; however, only members are eligible to receive awards.
