| The Traveling Storytellers entertained UVM America Reads tutors with their energy, animation and wildly engaging stories. The Traveling Storytellers, a program developed by Ernie Hemmingway, a teacher at Highgate Elementary School, promotes literacy for the children of Vermont. It combines literacy and fun for the purpose of providing libraries, day cares, schools, hospitals and bookstores with an exciting addition to their literacy program.
