We are located on the 4th floor of the Rehab wing at the University Health Center (UHC) on the corner of South Prospect St. and Pearl St.
- Tell the attendant you have an appointment and park in the guest lot (entrance from S. Prospect St.).
- Enter the main front door in the center of the horseshoe-shaped buildings.
- Turn left, pass the reception areas and proceed to Elevator B. Stairway F is next to the elevator.
- Go up to the 4th floor.
- Turn left and follow the hallway around a bend.
- Our offices are all the way down the hall on the right, room 4318.
