First, contact the faculty in your discipline to discuss the training. They can be found at this link:

If this feels right for you, click on the link below and complete the application. Once your completed application is received in the VT-ILEHP office, Kerstin Hanson, Program Coordinator, will contact you and set up an interview with the Program Director, Training Director and Clinical Director.
