The Vermont Climate Collaborative Charter

The Vermont Climate Collaborative Charter describes the group's structure, composition, and overall objectives. Key elements of the Charter include:

• The Vermont Climate Collaborative, whose members are appointed by the UVM President and Vermont Governor and which serves as the core decisionmaking body of the group;
• Vermont Climate Working Groups, which will draw expertise from stakeholders and experts statewide to assess specific issues;
• Vermont Climate Collaborative Conferences, which will create opportunities for interested stakeholders to share ideas, information, and viewpoints with each other; and
• A public engagement and outreach component, which will enable Vermonters to learn about and understand the recommendations of the Collaborative.
