Vermont Heritage Network: Historic Architecture

Norwich Village Historic District

More than 130 historic buildings are located in the main village in Norwich. The outstanding 1817 Congregational Church faces the common, several exceptional Federal style houses are found on Main Street, and there is an unusual, large brick Greek Revival tenement block, built in 1832, on Merchant Street.
