Welcome to the 3nd Annual Vermont Food Summit sponsored by Campus Kitchen at the University of Vermont! This 4-day event is created was created to bring the UVM Community together through a love for food and agriculture. We invite you to celebrate this passion by taking part in a number of workshops, events, and delicious meals.

The Campus Kitchens Project is a national organization that helps strengthen hunger relief efforts all over the country. The Campus Kitchens Project at UVM is a student-run nonprofit that works with dining services and the Gleaning Project at the Intervale to salvage unused food and turn it into a nutritious meal that we distribute to members of the greater Burlington community. Nutrition education classes are also provided at local nonprofits through Campus Kitchens' nutrition program. Volunteers help prepare and serve meals weekly at both the Chittenden Emergency Food Shelf and the O'Brien Teen Center. For more information about Campus Kitchens, visit
