Although as a group we decided that we did not want hierachy, we have titles to evenly divide the responsibilities throughout the group.Listed below are the titles and there respective duties. Unless noted, positions are good for one academic year. Nominations are at the beginning and end of each academic year, and are open to all members.

*PRESIDENT* (leader)
- acts as the representative of the group
- able to attend every meeting
- delegates responsibilities
- always has the group's best interest at all times and able to be considerate of other's opinions
- able to refer to and understand WOC's constitution*VICE-PRESIDENT* (second in lead)
- be prepared to lead and assume all responsiblities of the president if unable to attend or serve
- in charge of maintaining and recruiting membership
- mandatory attendance*HISTORY RECORDER* (recorder of WOC's events and members)
- mandatory meetings
- able to write a detailed summary of events that occur throughout the year
- must know history and constitution of the group
- at least a two-year commitment
- keep list of past and present members and their contact information*PUBLIC REPRESENTATIVE* (the group's connection on and off campus)
- responsible for contacting on and off-campus media for events and updates of the group (i.e. news, papers, radio, e-mail)
- responsible for contacting local and/or national colleges*WEBMISTRESS* (responsible for website and e-mail)
- extensive knowledge of HTML, dHTML, CGI, etc.
- manage and update the group's webpage and handle e-mail and list-serv
- responsible for providing information about other events through cyberspace
- report about the webpage connection occasionally*ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT* (secretarial duties)
- binder of notes at every meeting
- letter writing
- read notes from previous meeting at every meeting
- organize sign-ups for food gatherings*CALLER* (contact for members)
- call all registered members
- ask of others' opinion for our agendas
- inquire if the member can or can not attend the next meeting
- work closely with the administrative assistant
- if necessary, able to take the place of administrative assistant duties*TREASURER* (handles financial responsibilities)
- able to understand all and any SGA policies
- responsible for the group's monies
- should keep a record of all financial business*ADVISOR* (acts as parlimentarian and overseer of group)
- able to work closely with all members; most importantly president
- must be a graduate student and/or elder
- able to give excellent advice
