If it is your own work, please preface the file with the convention:

YOURNAME-videotitle

If it is a downloaded video from the net (or elsewhere), please use:

VIDEOSOURCE-videotitle

	eg. "EBAUMSWORLD-faceplant.mpg"



We prefer mpeg, avi, or wmv files...but do accept quicktime if that's all you have.
