The Training & Compliance Office (TCO) manages a variety of programs that pertain to the safety and well-being of university employees as well as to enhance the professional development for meeting the needs.

• Confined Space Program
• Fall Protection Program
• Hazard Communication Program
• Hearing Conservation Program
• Hot Work Permit Program
• Job Safety Analysis Program
• Lockout/Tagout Program
• Respiratory Protection Program

With each of these programs development, the individuals that are involved take into consideration "Our Common Ground".
