SGA's Halloween Community Clean-Up

November 5th

The UVM Student Government Association’s Committee on Legislative and Community Affairs is running their annual Halloween Community Cleanup on Sunday, November 5th from 10:45 am - 1:00 pm. Many clubs, organizations, fraternities, and sororities from UVM have participated each year and they are hoping to have your support in volunteering for this fall’s Community Cleanup. It is a great way to give back to the Burlington community making it a nicer place to live for both off-campus college students and permanent Burlington residents.

How it works: Please show up in the SGA Galaxy Space 3rd Floor of the Davis Center at 10:45 am on Sunday, November 5th. Each group will be assigned a street to clean with maps of where to go. After eating FREE BAGELS provided by the Student Government Association, your group will receive gloves, trash/recycling bags, and your street map. There will then be a few brief announcements and instructions before you are sent out to pick up litter from your assigned street. We ask that you wear UVM/Club/FSL/Athletic gear so that we can represent UVM in the community.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Ethan Foley (Senator, SGA’s Committee on Legislative and Community Affairs.
