Our  mission at Upward Bound is to provide fundamental support to participants in their preparation for postsecondary education.  We aim to provide opportunities for participants to succeed in secondary school and ultimately in higher education pursuits.  Our goal is to increase the rates at which participants enroll in and graduate from institutions of postsecondary education.
