Mahatma Gandhi once said “You must be the change you wish to see in the world.” It is this premise that stands at the heart of Council for Unity at the University of Vermont. Our goal is to create a world in which culture is celebrated and not marginalized and where Social Justice is a universal theme accepted by all.

Responsibility, Integrity, Compassion, and a better understanding of Social Justice are concepts that you would like to see become a stronger facet of our community, society and world. Then this is the club/organization for you!
