Upsilon Tau Chapter

 

Welcome!  We are the Upsilon Tau chapter of Beta Beta Beta, the National Biological Honor Society at the University of Vermont.  Our goals are to improve appreciation and understanding of Biology and to further human knowledge through scientific research.

At the April 25th, 2008 meeting, we discussed the following things:

Elections: The Elections for 2008-2009 office took place at this meeting. Initially, there was a tie for secretary between

Jenna Abatiell and Jessica McCarthy. A tie breaking vote was done, and Jessica McCarthy took the position!

Congrats to all other new officers listed above.

T-Shirt sales: Final T-shirt sales were made, and the shirts have been ordered. They should be arriving on or before May 1^st.

Other fundraisers: Any ideas? Our funds are pretty low right now, so we need to make some money!

Inductions: Andre and Jessica are going to take care of refreshments for the Inductions. Set up will begin at 3:30pm, so if

You are free, please come to 419 of the Davis Center to help! All members of TriBeta must attend Inductions, unless there is another

Urgency that comes up.
