UVM STAND Students Taking Action Now: Darfur is a student initiated movement active in promoting awareness and advocating for an end to the ongoing genocide in Darfur, Sudan. UVM STAND seeks to unify, resource and empower Vermonters so that, together we can impact our government’s policy towards genocide in Darfur and set a precedent for a permanent change in the world’s mentality towards genocide.
