SENIOR GRADES
To print senior grades do the following:
- Select 1 - Report Options.
- Select 1 - Report.
- Select 6 - Student Grade Report. You will be asked if you would like one report per page.
Enter Y or N
- Select 4 - Choose Print options.
- Select 1 - Print Queue.
- Enter the printer name.
- Select 0 - Exit or press Enter.
- Select 2 - Make Selections.
- Select 8 - Academic Program Menu.
- Select 1 - Student Term.
- Enter the term. (For the Fall term enter the year plus 09, Spring term is the year plus
01, Summer is the year plus 06). i.e.: 199901
- Select 3 - College:
- Enter the college code. i.e.: 40-Nursing
- Select S-Secondary program menu. Enter "Y" for yes. This will check the secondary
curriculum to include dual degree students.
- Select 0 - Exit or press Enter
- Select 9 - Registration Menu.
- Select 1 - Course registration term. i.e.:199901
- Select A - Degree Menu.
- Select 1 - Graduation Term.
- Enter the term. i.e. 199901
- Select 3 - Graduation/Degree Status.
- Enter PN,WK (optional).
- Select 0 - Exit or press Enter.
- Select B - Academic History Menu.
- Select C - Grade Date. You will be prompted to enter "Date operator
(<,>,=,bt(between):" and what you enter here really depends on how often you plan
on running this report. If you plan on running this report everyday enter =. You will be
prompted to "Enter date (DD-MON-YY)" and you enter the previous day's date to get grades
rolled that night. On Monday, you need to use the previous Friday's date. You can save
this query and then run it everyday by changing the Grade Date each day.
- Select 0 - Exit or press Enter
- Select 0 - Exit or press Enter.
- From the Report Options Menu Select 6 - Select Count. This will tell you the
number of students selected.
- Select 0 - Quit or press Enter.
- From the Report Generator Menu Select 6 - Run Report. It will tell you the report has
been generated. If there are over 100 students, then you will be prompted to :"really run
the report" and you type in Y for yes.
