Rubenstein School Diversity Task Force
Diversity Task Force Co-Chairs
Each year, the Task Force is co-chaired by two members of the RSENR community. Co-chairs are responsible for organizing Task Force meetings, setting agendas, charging sub-committees, and acting as liaisons between the Task Force and other on- and off-campus groups. Marie has worked at UVM since 1999, first as the ALANA Recruitment Coordinator in the Office of Admissions, then as a Career Counselor and internship coordinator in the Rubenstein School of Environmment and Natural Resources, and presently as Assistant Dean for Student Services & Staff Development in the Rubenstein School. She has a BA degree in English and Psychology, and a Ed.M. in Counseling and Higher Education Administration. Some of her professional interests include green jobs & internships, social justice, and engaged learning.
Kirsten
Brewer

Kirsten is originally from Massachusetts and completed her undergraduate
degree in Environmental Studies and Spanish at Pitzer College in
Claremont, California. After graduation she spent a year
teaching English in South Korea with the Fulbright program and two years
serving as an Americorps
volunteer. Now, she is a second year Master's student working with Dr.
Clare Ginger.
