5.0 GUIDELINES FOR Purchasing Card USE

5.1 Purchasing Card Limits

Your Purchasing Card is limited to:

• transactions accomplished and authorized by the individual whose name appears on the front of the card.
• your approved authorized limits - defaults are $4,999.99 per transaction and $25,000 per cycle.
• use for University related purchases only. Never use it for personal purchases.
• merchant category codes which are available to the University and to your card.

Although the card is issued in your name, it is the property of the University of Vermont.

5.2 Purchases for Which the Purchasing Card Cannot Be Used
